I left a voice message, but I thought I would send a contact form as well - I had a technician / service manager come out to our house in order to provide a quote for the installation of a water softener. I had asked for two quotes, one for just labor/parts necessary to install equipment which I will purchase, and another for the entire deal he indicated you offered where you bring your own softener and equipment and install it. I would like to see those two quotes so I can make a decision and, if necessary, order the equipment and arrange for an installation date. When you get a chance, please E-Mail me the two quotes so that I can get this moving. Thanks so much!

About three weeks ago one of your employees visited my house to assess the extent of the repairs needed for my home in preparation for putting it on the market to sell. He was to have sent me an estimate. However, after two weeks with no response I called and the employee gave me a somewhat lame excuse of why he had not submitted an estimate. Another 10 days has passed since that conversation without any estimate. I am reluctant to give my business to a company that does not make a potential customers paramount. Harry Randall
